Shipping policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Nothing here ships. Every product in this shop is digital, so there is no postage, no delivery address and no waiting for a parcel.
How you get what you bought
Brush sets, palettes and printables: your download links appear on the order confirmation page the moment you pay, and they are emailed to you as well. Download them on a device you can get files from, then load them into Procreate.
Courses: you get an email with a link to create your account and start straight away. Your lessons live online and you sign in whenever you want to carry on.
How long it takes
Instantly, in almost every case. If your email is slow, give it 15 minutes.
If nothing arrives
Check your spam, promotions and junk folders first, and search for theirishcrafter. That solves it most of the time.
If it is still missing, email ruth@theirishcrafter.com with the email address you used at checkout. I will resend it myself, usually within two working days. You will not be left without what you paid for.
How long you have access
Download links stay live for a reasonable period after purchase, so save your files somewhere safe once you have them. Course access does not expire. If a link times out or you lose your files, email me and I will sort you out.
What you need
An iPad that runs Procreate, a stylus, and the Procreate app itself, which is bought separately from Apple. Procreate is not included in any purchase here. Each product page lists its own requirements, so please check before you buy.
Countries and taxes
I sell worldwide. Prices shown at checkout include any VAT that applies to your country, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. There are no customs charges or import duties on digital products.
