The shop is digital only, so there is nothing to send back and no counter to call to. If you need a postal address for a formal complaint or a legal notice, email me and I will send it to you.
This is the fastest way to reach me, and it is the right address for questions before you buy, help with a download, refund requests and anything to do with an order. I read and answer every email myself, usually within two working days.
